Envirograf Fire Protection Coating ES VFR Clear Envirograf fire protection coating es vfr clear is to be used as part of a complete system including selected primers and topcoats to offer a clear coating (also available as white) suitable for upgrading new and already coated timber and certain wood related surfaces to British standard class 0 & 1 and eu standard b/s1/d0 (see product data sheets and test data for full details). Envirograf Fire Protection Top Coat Hw Acrylic White Envirograf fire protection coating hw acrylic white is a coloured, water based topcoat for use over envirograf white intumescent coating, es/vfr white fire protection coating and ep/cp fire protection coating. Designed as a high quality internal coating for general use, it is ideal for plasterboard, lath-and-plaster and as a coating for plaster, masonry, etc. Preparation and Application: All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contamination. Envirograf hw acrylic top coat can be applied by brush, roller or spray. It can be thinned with up to 5% with clean water. Stir well before application. The result is dependent on the condition of the substrate and temperature of application. In most instances apply 2 coats at 12m² per litre. Envirograf Fire Protection Top Coat ES VFR Clear Water Based Envirograf fire protection top coat es vfr clear water based is a clear, water-based top coat for internal use only over es vfr clear fire protection coating, with no need for an undercoat. Technical Data: Typical Coverage (per coat): 12m² per litre Touch Dry: 1 Hour Application: Brush Coverage: Coverage is approximately 12 square metres per litre. Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour. Recoatable after 4 hours Application: All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. Stir well before use. Apply one coat at 12m² (for internal use). Brush evenly in long strokes along the grain of the wood. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C. High humidity will retard the drying process. Add 10% water for spraying, touch dry in 1 hour, recoatable after 4 hours. Clean equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Envirograf Top Coat Clear Solvent Based 30 To 60 Min Fire Protection Envirograf top coat is for use over es vfr clear fire protection coating or qvfr clear fire protection coating in areas that are subject to high wear. Preparation and Application: Ensure that the , es vfr or qvfr surface to be coated is completely clear and dry before applying envirograf env/hs high-density clear lacquer. Stir well before application. May be applied using brush or spray. The result is dependent on the condition of the substrate and temperature of application. Thinners can be used if necessary. Drying time is approximately 2 – 4 hours. Apply 2 coats at 11m² per litre/per coat. Tools and Storage: Clean tools and spillages immediately with thinners. Keep containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space away from heat. Containers must be kept tightly closed and stored at a minimum temperature of 5°C and a maximum temperature of 35°C.
